We LOVE Ming Wah! Everything they serve is made-to-order, so it comes out hot, fresh and crispy! They are super speedy at getting you your food, which for the quality of the food, is, again, very impressive. We love the owners and their staff. They are thoughtful, remember our family, and always leave us feeling full and happy. We recommend the Sweet and Sour Pork, the Egg Drop Soup and their Beef and Broccoli! Delicious!

Amazing service, good food, and an all around good experience.

I have taken many friends to this restaurant. They are always unsure about the location but as soon as they sit down at the table and see the owner and his staff provide excellent service and food my friends are immediately awed by the quality. Amazing food at great prices. If you haven't gone then you absolutely need to try it

Family owned and operated for over 25 years, Ming Wah offers Chinese comfort food in clean but humble surroundings. If you want gourmet Chinese look elsewhere, but if you want down home good food in generous portions this is the place. I make it a point to visit every time I am in town and have never been disappointed or left hungry.

Food was a little bland. The customer service was good. If you need to try somewhere new maybe you'll have better luck chosing something amazing.

While visiting my stepdaughter we decided to go out for some Chinese food and tried the almond chicken and Kung pow dish. Very fast and tasty. Great prices $ which is always a plus. Clean & very pleased with our service.

The food was delicious and very generous amounts served

The breaded chicken tasted like old oil was used to cook it in. My husband’s egg roll was not fresh. It appeared to be fried over more than once. My beef was chewy, undercooked. What a disappointment! I literally left my whole plate of food behind. I do not recommend. Don’t waste your money!

Reviews bosted about great food. Sadly this was NOT the case. Over battered and oily flavored everything led to a quick retreat to the restroom. (Everyone at our table ended up sick). Don't believe the hype!

The food is delicious. They give you large portions for a decent price. I had the almond chicken with pork fried rice. My daughter had beef broccoli with steamed rice. We both also received a bowl of soup. Best Chinese I've had since moving to Spokane.

Food was tasty and quickly served. Only knock is that they never offered to refill our water or soda, but we arrived 30 min before closing.

Purely objective: friendly staff, fast service & cheap. Honestly could not tell ther difference between any of the dishes on my plate. Chicken or pork ?Bbq chicken/pork was refrigerator cold & the "pork" fried rice had sprinkles of aforementioned cold pork. Almond chicken had gravy on it.Not sure if people in this city understand Chinese food.

Very interesting experience. Friendly people but a bit... interesting with a language and cultural barrier. Go in happy and with the intent of people watching and you wont be disappointed. Just a warning, pretty much everything on the combo platters is fried. Tastes pretty decent. I'd have to say a but pricey. Most meals over 10 bucks. And not flexible on changes. Enjoy

The food was pretty decent but their menu makes no sense. The meals and sides preselected on the dinner menu and it's $1 extra for anything changed. My friend didn't want two of the sides and they wanted to charge her $2 to take two things off..??

We love Ming Wah! Very fast service and they are always friendly. My boyfriends favorite it the combo #13 and mine is the combo #15. Also recommend the cashew chicken!

from being out of town we really wanted to have chinese, not knowing where to eat, I called a friend who use to live in Spokane and she recommended Ming Wah. we started out with the egg flower soup and it was quite delicious and the crab puffs are the best I have ever had. I could easily fill up on just them. Our lunch came within minutes and it was very good along with the service. After our appts. we decided to take an order home with us and ordered 2 mongolian beef, not sure why but we only got 1 carton of rice with the 2 orders. even though there was plenty of rice. next time in Spokane we will return for another go around. I will ask about the previous take out order.

Down home tasty chinese food. They are our favorite mom and pop chinese restaurant and are truly mom and pop! Mom is the server and pop is the chef. Low to mid range prices, can get a meal with leftovers for about $10 per person. We've been faithful patrons for over 15 years!

The food tastes exactly the same as 20 years ago, that is no exaggeration. It's good American Chinese food, they are a little pricey for what it is but they're downtown so I'm sure that convenience adds to it. The food is perfectly fried and cooked, the restaurant is clean inside even though it may seem slightly dumpy outside.

OK, I admit this place looks like your typical dumpy Chinese joint but it is not. Even when you come at the busiest times they run from table to table to make sure you are served quickly and efficiently. They have the best Chinese food I have eaten in a diner. My water glass is never empty and the food comes hot and quick. Oh and hot tea which is free with your meal but you have to ask for it. Portions are excellent. Did I say the food is really good? Full disclosure I am a little biased because I have been going there for many years and I am now on a first name basis with the owners. They may sound a little grumpy when you do takeout but that is because they run the place by themselves and can get very busy.

Another place that has been in Spokane a long time. There is a reason, and its simple. Its great!! Great portions for the money. Never had a bad experience here. Worth the drive from North Spokane, for what you get.
